FOR MANAGERS AND ADMINISTRATORS

In today's progressive, competitive world, Management & administration has become an art, a profession and challenge. Good management & administration is ever more important in commerce, industry and in government, owing to the continued development of sophisticated office and production equipment, communication systems and the need for a more effective and understanding approach towards those who work in all areas. The modern manager or administrator needs to be able to motivate his or her subordinates and to provide them with leadership; to organize and to co-ordinate their activities for the best results; to train them; to control them and the resources which they use. All this, whilst maintaining excellent lines of communication with subordinates, colleagues, superiors, customers, clients and suppliers. Good managers and administrator’s management need to be recognised and encouraged for their training and experience.

Membership of the Association is welcome and open to those engaged in management or administration and those whose duties involve the supervision or management or administration of the work of others. The range and fund of knowledge, experience and technical "know how" possessed by the International Membership are therefore vast, covering as they do most areas of commercial, industrial and governmental activity. AMA Members have a common interest in improving managerial and administrative skills, and in maintaining the integrity of these most important of professions.
In every country managers and administrators face task that involved management and human resource, administration problems - some are international in scope, others are more specific to their own countries - but many of those problems could be avoided or overcome by foreknowledge, by training and by experience. The knowledge and experience gained by a manager or administrator in one country can frequently be adapted and used by a manager or administrator in another country. That is why the association is form since history management have actively encourages, improved through publications the exchange of information, feedback study and views of its importance of International Membership recognition toward higher level in various Business, Management,Hospitality & Tourism,Marketing, Logistics, and Project Management.
